U can check pac gov for the pb for c- grade now. Different places have different quantums for the same Pb grade.

MX 13, 13(1), 14 are like ranks in the uniformed scheme. Eg MX 13 co-relates to an Insp. The lower the number, the higher the rank. MX is for civilians.

They do. I know ppl personally who have gotten As before. But quota is really low. It's probably one or most 2 for one department. If there r more, means the bosses of that dept super powerful and convincing when fighting for the grades at grading meetings.

Is there anyway to see what grade am I given I just join in Dec 2016. Could like to check what is the grade given to me. Is it default C? Anyway tat I can verify other than asking my boss
