A large part of the public service cannot work from hone and they are forced to commute to work, which introduce risks..while the majority of the workforce have the benefits of working from home.. i personally think that the government will give a small lump sum as bonus. definitely not as much as 0.3.

In short, everyone in cs gets 0.3 mth bonus. Those without degree get an additional one time payment.

More or less it but some without degree also may be higher grade but is rare
