1 in A division
1 in GC / SOC
will their PB be same or different due to higher risk / danger?

Default C is one month, but because you only joined in Nov'16, so you will only get pro-rated PB counting from Nov'16 onwards.

Yup yup. Based on the number of working days from Nov '16 to the cut off date for the specific bonus. Got my first year's bonus all in pro-rated amounts.
