didnt make myself clear.

both degree holders holding rank of ASP and both got B.

1 in A division
1 in GC / SOC

will their PB be same or different due to higher risk / danger?

Hey just joined the Ministry in Nov'16 therefore new to this whole PB thing. Can I check when will I know how much PB I am given via PaC@Gov? I know it will be a default C though.

Default C is one month, but because you only joined in Nov'16, so you will only get pro-rated PB counting from Nov'16 onwards.

Yup yup. Based on the number of working days from Nov '16 to the cut off date for the specific bonus. Got my first year's bonus all in pro-rated amounts.

I worked in the private sector for about 2 years before joining a stat board.

Age: 30

Year 1: 5/8
Year 2: 6/8
Year 3: 5/8
Year 4: 5/8

Should I stay?
