Merit Increment is based on 1) CEP and 2) Performance Grade. Not a fixed rate.

Anyone knows how much mx11, b n c+ grade gets?

C+ should be 2.5 mths, b should be 3 months.

It depends on your rank as well. I am an ASP. If you are INSP maybe your bonus will be lower?

Anyway, the PB quantum for ASP and INSP is same! B grade is definitely less than 3.45 months! Don't come and spread false info!

i wont say is completely ********.

im dip holder in CS and for B grade, PB is alr 2 months. if u degree holder and SO / senior position, 3.45 months for B is quite possible...

any1 knows if PB differs for police officer in tougher n higher risk departments aka Gurkha Contingent / Special Operations Command?
