Hi, I have been in service for coming 8 years now and I would like some perspective on how I'm faring. I joined the civil service with a Masters degree (non-scholar) and this has been my progression rate.
2009- joined service as mx13 2010- progressed to mx12 2012- promoted to mx11 2016- promoted to mx11a Im abit disheartened because I havent been given any management roles as my work is more specialist in nature...should I stay on? |

Work hard dont slack otherwise you will be stuck. |

For example, does it means that one salary at MX12 would stagnate at the maximum of 5874 if one is not promoted to MX13? |
Hi all, i am currently a perm staff with a ministry and i just received an offer from a stat bd. As the civil service pb will be given out usually in late march (which is 1 month from now), i am wondering if anyone has come across the same situation as me before and if the receiving stat bd is willing to wait till you receive the pb and serve out the notice before joining them. Thanks
