What's pb like for B grade GEO5 and SEO1 and 2?

Hi, i just got my promotion letter with the gross salary stated.

That's before or after the merit increment?

is PB quantum based on MX or title designation? MX11 in managerial vs non managerial position any difference in PB quantum?

Actually, the key is doing higher value tasks or tasks that your supervisors do, not lots of stuff like this and that committee. My boss also assign me to meaningless committee that took a lot of my time. But last year, my grade of C+. When I ask, boss said that the work that I do are very basic. So be wise, and choose your task (if can). Do not just do lots of work.
