Anyone knows how promotion is typically notified or made known to officers in ministries? I was told explicitly and implicitly that I will get promoted. Got piled **** loads of work since April 24 lol. Trying to gauge if my new boss is pulling a fast one. Otherwise planning an exit strategy. Thanks!

So fast last year know already? I thought the performance grades need to go through many layers of approval from higher ups before it is confirmed right?
