Started back in May 2024, all good so far! But I'm just curious about PB for civil servant

1) What is the usual PB for civil servant? For my case, will I get it prorated? (FYI I'm an MX12)

2) When will we receive our PB? Management will sit down and have a chat with you first?

3) Can I also expect a pay increment in 2025? Any average amount or percentage?

promoted in title last year but not in grade. likely to be my 3rd B in a row this year.. can lao jiaos tell me what are my odds?

1) In your joining year, will definitely be pro-rated, and usually "default" at C.
2) Receive in March every year. If you are on good terms with your reporting officer, he may tell you way before March.
3) Every April will be your increment. Quantum depends on promotion, if any, and merit (dependent on performance grading).
