Lol not the prev guy, but this comment is playing out in alot of legacy statboards and even some of the military ones.
There are some divisions where the roles literally can't be filled, because there are very little applicants that want to join.
End up remaining staff suffer from overwork then lead to more leaving.

What are the chances of promo/ better than c rating next year for someone who came back from maternity leave in feb? I got c this year already
