Seems dubious. Work like dog to get A and get 5 month, while someone that is cruising along get C with 3 months. Thats just 2 month difference, definitely not worth the additional effort put in for the whole year.

C is not 3 months, its closer to 2. And in any case, I dont think anyone is chionging just for bonuses. You have to have the drive to succeed.
