I was offered by ministry and nyp (which is SB of MOE). Other than the pay scheme between MX12 and IPS 5E, which offer is better in term of bonus and increment.

Thanks for your reply! the scope that i like is in the ministry but often OT till 11pm.. i dont know/think there's work life balance.. and even though i'm ok till late but i'm not properly compensated as well.

avc and pb any difference between contract and full time? for pb, any gauge on how many months for avg performer in MCI? HR refuse to tell me say its secret haha
