Just got offer for 4.86k basic and was hoping to check-in if its market rate because see some people posting 5-5.2k as salary.

It’s a fixed sum, not a fixed percentage.

Fixed sum across the promotion ranks? How much is from mx12 to mx 11?
If we had entered civil service with a low base, and promotion is a fixed amt, it will take quite long
for us to catch with the avg benchmarker or upper tier of the grade then
