Does anyone know whether future annual merit increments for MX scheme will also be increased as a result of this year’s pay review? Not too sure whether merit increments are calculated based on your last-drawn pay (percentage?), or if it is determined as an absolute amount

For MI, probably can only wait till next April to find out...

Correct me if I'm wrong, but it seems like MI just depends on your rank/grade/appointment, and also your performance...

I will join one of the SBs at the end of Oct. Does anyone know if I am entitled to the year-end bonus and AWS this year?

Also if I am eligible for the PB next year.

Everything will be prorated. Likely you will get around a sixth of the full sum.

how to know whether u will get B or C? does it depend on the number of so-called "exceeding" factors in appraisal?
