Mac just announced for LTA. I think it’s usually 0.7-0.8 months

MAC diffs for different roles and divisions in LTA. can be as low as 0.5 to like 3 months

Thought it's subjective and depend on market benchmark to your pay and role or something.
If high, doesn't this mean base pay gap with market is higher? And if lower means base pay is nearer to market rate?

just converted to an engineering job this year. so I know there is MAC, but not sure of the quantum.

3 mths? Dream on.
Standard is 1.5 across all grades for those eligible.
Eligible being >=G6 in engineering track.

The only exception was covid year.
