Hi all, I have completed a year in a ministry and was just emplaced to permanent establishment. May I check, if I were to leave to another ministry or stat board, will the pro rated bonuses still apply based on my new start date? Or will my duration in public service be cumulative? Thank you.

Why don’t you check with HR ??

Teachers no increment again.
Everyday scolded and threatened by school leaders and complained by unreasonable parents.
Deal with spoilt kids who don't listen and learn.
End up all faults pointed to the teachers.
Parents treat schools as childcare.
School leaders don't care.
Everything, just blame teachers.
No increment again.
After school holiday, time to tender resignation.
