Lol are u kidding me? GEO is on a higher pay scale as compared to MX. GEO are considered specialist scehem since they teach students and grad from NIE. Whereas MX is a generalist scheme. Normally they will pay more for specialist scheme such as GEO or HTX scheme.

You are kidding right? MX scheme is the worst paying among public service cos it’s a generic scheme.

Got my promo letter in the mail. ~7.5% increase from MX11 to MX11A. Seems like they also lowered the starting salary for MX11A range...

Eh same here with the percentage. The promo increment this time round seems lower..
