MI is dependent of where you are in the grade. Below grade mid pt or above grade mid pt.

Normally boss give C grade for new worker, unless you have accomplished major projects during your first year of work, which helps to appraise you of a better grade. PB is prorated based on the number of days you have worked out of total number of working days in a year. ie denominator is not 365. 75% is a close estimate assuming you joined on 1 Apr 2021.

yes its based on xx days worked / 365 days in 2021.

Partially correct. Calculation is xx days worked / no of calendar days in that assessment year.
In 2021, denominator is 366 days if you recheck your 2021 PB statement.

Last time before I join CS, my annual increment in private sector was around 7-9%. Situation seems different in CS with lower MI than outside. Salary crawl uphill like snail, beri the tired..
