I have had friends get a B+ grade the year of promotion. It's 2.88 months. Are you REALLY from civil service?

I'm from the MND umbrella of organizations, I know there's C, C- and C+ but never heard of there being sub grades for B, B- or B+.

So if I'm farmer-grade entry, local grad 2nd upper, but never gotten less than a B (even my first year appraisal or my promotion appraisal), does that mean I am earmarked for high CEP? I never even got onto any talent development program or suchlike.

BTW, I got a B grade this year, MX11 = 3 months

im from a stat board

and our PB ranges r a tad lower than ministries

really really frustrating arghhhhh

so a MX12 wif B grade in my stat board will get lower PB than his ministry counterpart wif the same grade

care to share how much lower?
