Hi, wife got three years of B but no promotion. Why like that? I know it is not a given but her performance has always been very good and hardworking.

coz her RO or immediate superior didn't put up for her.

There is no auto promotion unless you bring up or RO put up

Work hard also no use. People who don't. Get promoted instead because of their personality or extrovertness or closeness to boss.

Yes! That is how my wife is feeling and will be doing. She is moving next year.
Her col performance is crap, yet got promoted so quickly from seo1 to seo2! She is so disgusted by the system.
