Does anyone know if converting to perm affects grading?

Joined fourth quarter of 2018. Promoted from mx13 to 12 after one year in 2019. Converted to perm after two years in 2020.

2019 - C (default)
2020 - C (promotion?)
2021 - C (converted to perm?)

How many months did you guys obtain for default C?
What is the usual rate also for default C, anyone knows?

Guys can I just check - if I’m still under 2-year contract in CS and not a perm yet, is C grade a default? :/ quite depressing

what happened in your last appraisal? Did u meet the KPI?

converting has nothing to do with that.
since you are promoted in 2020, ur c grade in 2021 is ranked agains your new peers
