Why non public servants even enter this forum is beyond me. If this is for like minded people to share grievances or general info, then there is no place for trolls. OP, you pay tax, we also pax tax. So stop thinking you're on a high horse and GTFO.

Singapore is experiencing the worst gdp ever and here civil servant is expecting bonus etc.
What about the Singaporean who lost their job. Air.aviation etc. Tourism. Karaoke.

Civil servant eat cakes while the struggling working class of Singapore eat kaya toast.

You sure we are your servant? If we are then don’t compare us using God benchmark hor. We also need money, need to sleep, eat and poo. We are humans who commit mistakes too.

Who say we eat cakes? We eat healthy one ok. Now covid times, must build immunity. Eat cakes will get fat and unhealthy. No receipts don’t anyhow say!

Question is the $100 billions spent during Covid-19 should equate to $26,000 per Singaporean according to MP Tin Pei Ling who raised it in parliament, however most Singaporeans only got max $1000 during the whole ordeal, so where does the remaining billions go to?

If you are going to raise the GST and more taxes to cover for this shortfall, then the least you could do is climb down from your ivory tower and offer an explanation as to the missing billions spent which the average Singaporean hasn't benefited from. It must be a very flavourful and rich gold tap-like cake that the civil servants are eating from!

Urge all actual civil servants to stop taking part in this bickering session. Don’t throw face anymore pls.

For those reading, no one can be sure that those posting here are actual civil servants. Don’t let a few names sully our reputation.

Civil servant should know that salary and bonus and merit and promotion are all confidential matters that should not be shared among colleagues or in public forum such as this.

Please, for the sake, of your reputation, to stop comparing salary and complains how you all only eat breadtalks fluffy exp bread and not cake.

Why you not serving the nation and here browsing Internet..
