What is Grade 4 for PB? In stat board.

Grade 4 is competence... usually is 1.25

Everyone complain about CS being hung up about bonuses. While the entire country is on lockdown, your CS go to work and have to work even harder cos so many entitled Singaporeans complaining and demanding CS work harder for them.

When times are good, people say CS slack = don't deserve bonus.
When times are bad, people say CS should stand in solidarity = don't deserve bonus.
Macam CS not common Singaporeans who also need to bring back food to the table. When times are good, CS work as per normal alike other Singaporeans. When times are bad, CS works even harder to ensure the country operates as per normal.. yet kena scolded. Really left right also wrong.

Performance is not measured by your increase work. Performance is and always a measure of monetary gain. Sheng shiojg did so cause all Singaporeans go and buy like mad from sheng shiong.

I'm not one of those mad who hoard supplies, so I didn't contribute to the sheng shiong bonus...
