ASP1 to ASP2 is within band, you don't need a B to promote. A2 to D1 will be tough for this PG.

not sure if this is the right thread to ask but i figured you all here are lao jiaos so can probably shed some insight.

let's say there are two officers, A and B, both same rank. but A's years of service is 5 and B's is 4 but both appointed to a supervisory role at the same time, does that mean A's performance/CEP has not been as good as B's? Thats why he took 1 more year?

I think a MX11 should be drawing more than $5.3k. You're holding MX11 for approx. two years now?

It's probably a troll. Take it with a pinch of salt.

One year. Got promoted in 2016.

Unregistered 02-04-2017 02:29 PM

Just promoted from MX11 to MX11A.

Got C+ for performance grade and 2.5mth PB.

Figured out in pac@gov that my MI is about $260 but the new pay has not even passed the salary bar for MX11.

So is it possible that the new salary after promotion has not been updated correctly in pac@gov?

Can I expect a higher salary amount to to appear come 12 April?

Unregistered 02-04-2017 03:19 PM

Mine shows no change in my salary. I got a C for PB. Does this mean I will not get any MI?

You should since anyone who gets above D will get an MI.

Unless you have hit a salary bar.

A grade C will qualify you for MI.

Maybe it has not been updated yet. Have you been in service for more than a year?

Fresh hire get their mi at the 1 year mark.
