1 yr contract and end in Oct 2021 so will I be entitled any NPAA, AVC(if there is), etc for 2021?

asking since if March / April 21 no payout, that will mean I do not get any, assuming the next PB is following March / April 22 or other subsequent NPAA, AVC considering my contract start in start Oct 20 and end Oct 21.

for contracts 1 yr or less, you are usually not entitle to any bonus. unless u are extended.
you should check with your HR instead of asking us here.
