Mx11a equivalent.. C 1.8month.. last yr was 2 month. Quantum dropped?

Will fresh NIE PGDE tcrs or Geo 2 receive PB? Seniors told us they got it last yr in March when they just started teaching after practicum the same year.

Mx 12. C. 1.5.

So grateful we got our PB. While we may say it’s our hard work and it’s before the crisis, still good to show gratitude and pay it forward by donating at least a bit of the bonus to people in need. It’s going to be a tough year ahead.
