Folks in CS are obsessed with bonuses for some reason. I guess that's what happens when you don't have transferable skills to the private sector and are stuck in the same org for life.

Haha.. Say all you want. With all the bonuses we are collecting we will likely pay higher income tax than you :). Not even sure if you pay any tax or just paying for paltry gst which u would have collected ban with all the GST support packages.. Hehe

Sounds like you kena rejected by ministries when you applied countless and multiple jobs previously. Also the way you speak makes you look like a child throwing tantrums. Boy you need a lot of TLC.

Can I ask, do public servants get 3 payouts on top of their monthly salary?

June, Dec and performance bonus?

June is a bonus for staying on, and Dec is AWS (13th month)?

Is this how the 3 payouts work?

Thanks!

Hi, I am transferring agency in March and will be earning a higher salary. HR said I can keep my PB even though I am leaving before payout since it is still within civil service. Just wondering if the PB is going to be based on my old salary or new one? Thanks in advance!

Pb is based on the preceding year

Unregistered 22-12-2022 01:22 PM

Hi, will I still get my PB for year 2022, if I'm on NPL for the whole year of 2023?

Carry balls and eggs confirm will receive.

Pro-rated PB???

Is there such a thing as pro-rated PB?

If I were to tender on 1 April, my last day will be on 30 Apr, naturally, there is no clawback of my PB and I get to keep it.

If I were to tender on 14 March, and my last day should be on 15 April, would I still get half of the PB?

no such thing as pro-rated PB or mid/end-year bonus when it comes to resignation.

Unregistered 25-01-2023 11:32 PM

If tender on 1st April, but got enough leave to cover entire April working days, can join the new agency while clearing the old agency leave and retain the pb?
