Need career advice

Hello,

I seek your advice and opinions regarding my issue.

I have a degree and have worked in my first IT job for 2 years. Recently, I just joined another IT job (2nd job) 3 weeks ago. I just realised after joining that I cannot cope with this job.

My concern is whether I can start searching for another job now. I only have joined in the current job for about a month. Will future interviewers reject me because I only stayed for a month in this job? Do you think I'm still able to find another job?

Thank you.

Can you explain more on what is it about the current company that you can't cope with?

My colleagues 90 percent are all chio bu that wear short skirts and flash panty to boss daily. So boss like them a lot. But I am a guy so together with a few other guys all made to do **** work and get bullied daily.

Change industry bro. Previously I'm working in the IT sector too. Currently I'm in the aviation industry line. I manage to be two times better than my peers who has no it experience except for engineering. It takes awhile to get use to the technical knowledge. But most of the jobs are automated
