Credit Suisse Fresh Grad Salary for direct hire
 

Do local uni grads join as ENO rank? How much is the gross monthly income for ENO? and how much bonus & annual do they offer?

Hi anyone with any inputs?i wanted to know as well. How much does CS pay bonuses?

CS is good. UBS is better.
 

Former CS fresh grad hire (left for a rival swiss bank) here.

If you join the grad programme, your title will be ANL. After grad prog, you will start as ENO for a damn long time until AVP. ENO pay is around 6-9k but depends on your role.

CS bonus is 1-2 months. Sucks. But culture is good, very chill. European bank culture is best.
