DSTA software engineer 2865 more than 10 years ago.

Now bank technology in foreign bank 9k, lower than the intern in deutsche bank!

They will try to put you under contract scheme though, which means for the next 1 to 2 years there will be NO PAY INCREMENT.

If you perform well for the next 1 to 2 years of your contract, your contract will be EXTENDED. Nope, they will not want to make you a permanent staff there 'cos they expect you to demand for pay increments.
