Urgent! Please Read: Which Would You Pick?
Hi Guys,
Please advise on which job will allow me to have a higher earning potential in the future?
Higher Basic (Company A) or Higher overall annual (Company B)?
Company A (Ex-Company)
1. 30% Increase over last drawn basic
2. AWS and VB (1 Month)
3. Horrible Colleagues but decent boss
4. Poor office environment
5. Total Annual ($59000) (Basic+AWS+ VB(1 Month))
Company B (Current Company)
1. 18% Increase over last drawn basic
2. AWS, VB (2 Month) and Fixed Transport Allowance
3. Good Colleagues and boss
4. Nice and sweet looking office
5. Total Annual Package ($59100) (Basic+AWS+ VB(2 Month)+Allowance)
Do HR also view fixed allowance as part of your last drawn salary? Can i state my expected salary using (last drawn basic + Fixed Allowance) + x%?
Would need to give an answer soon.
Please advise!
Thank You!
