Union is only for employed staff. Yours should be to MOM but I don’t think anything can be done. Are u able to withdraw ur resignation? Hope the best for you

A little correction. By right, union only protects unionised staff.

Just keeping their options open. From what I hear from colleagues, no offers were rescinded and no one was let go in Singapore. There's many ongoing projects and we need even more manpower.
