Just curious to know, what is the frequency of the hopping? Every 2 to 3 yrs?

Maybe you can share what is the duration of each job before you change?

job hopping is

OK if u can prove that u did it for a pay rise and better prospect in the same industry/elsewhere.

job hopping is

NOT OK if u...

1) cant take hardship at all in any industry n that will get u labelled as a strawberry generation
2) are alr quite old, say in your mid-to-late-30s n cant figure out what u want in life, or what industry/job suits u
3) 1+2 will cause u to have a bad resume

This is spot on. Those who are weak in the mind will end up finding the "anyone jobless for a long time before" thread to be most relevant in no time.
