I am wondering if these are the same sentiments among the people in the same industry due to the work hours and how to combat it if that is the case.
As of now, I am just "psycho-ing" myself that I am working hard now to earn good money in the future and retire early whereas most of them I am envy of are likely to be stuck in the cycle of working for money for their rest of life. Further, not many at early 20s would eventually stable down with their current partners or the people they go out with. Wondering if I should get help...

Wouldn't it be ironic that we are actually discussing about WLB in this thread right now? At this point I am already on with the idea of work-life harmony and thinking of seeking a psychotherapist or asking for way of thinking among others in the same profession to cope with it if they experience the same.
I mean I am not doing OT since I am just an intern and I am covered under Employment Act. So the company I am at (small-mid sized) doesn't want to pay 1.5x when theres the full-timers. So I think I have some WLB?

Are you a troll or even in the industry? Maybe thats the experience you had when you done your undergraduate which in any case I can't help. At least from my experience that after the first 2 internships I had, I had a higher response rate when I send in my application and have gotten more responsibility at work. And do you really expect getting higher remuneration just out of fresh grad with no internship experience?
I mean of course prudent financial management is important if I don't want to chase after money. That's why I don't intend to get a car since SG is so small and rent until I get married to avoid buyer stamp duty and property tax (assuming I even get married). Also, lastly, definitely top up CPF and SRS to the maximum to reduce assessable income in the future

Internship gets you better opportunities when you graduate, no doubt. But either way, both of you will be "stuck in the cycle of working for money for their rest of life" as quoted by you. If you want to make it big, doing an internship will not help. Be an entrepreneur, start up your own business, and that's where you won't be in the cycle of working for money everyday.
Responding to your sentence: "As of now, I am just "psycho-ing" myself that I am working hard now to earn good money in the future and retire early whereas most of them I am envy of are likely to be stuck in the cycle of working for money for their rest of life."

Why do I have to take the risk and start the business myself, and potentially bankrupt myself along the way? I can always work in Finance for a couple of years and do angel investing if I really want to go the route of a start-up. Its way less risky plus a failed start up can always just be a small dent to my networth
