Nah. FO comes in much earlier and leaves about the same time. They still login at night/over the weekend to reply to emails and do work than they haven’t had time for during market hours on weekdays.

Hi everyone, would really appreciate it if someone can guide me in understanding the career progression with a rough estimate of yearly income for some in the client group (sales/RM) of Asset Management firms (a large one)

You would start out in a supporting role doing client servicing stuff. As you progress, you might get your own accounts and be responsible for sales targets.
Am currently working as an associate in sales in a large foreign AM. So far my yearly increment has been in the 5-10% range with bonuses of 1.5-2.5 months. Could be much better and of course as you progress and get sales targets, overall comp would be much higher as well
