Nomura doesnt have equity research in Singapore. ER is anyway a dying field and I wouldnt recommend anyone to go down that path on the sell side. If you are really good at stock picking, go for a buy side firm which will use your research for actual investment purposes, not try to sell it to someone else.

Thats for the bottom bucket performers. Average is about 100-110 months
