Job seekers for high finance or other highly desired positions need to be highly competitive. If there's a necessity to bring up complains of unfair competition. that particular job seeker is simply unsuitable for the position.

idk about this my friend. i complain about unfairness too, but this world isn't fair in the first place.
I personally prefer to upskill myself and network as much as i can in order to increase my chances of getting a highly paid finance job. However, if there are any form of "unfair" advantages that i can obtain in my life, i will take it, since it will be stupid not to do so.
