I am the sole (Direct) mandate to several genuine efficient providers for lease/sales BG/ SBLC and other financial instruments, at reasonable prices, Issuance by top AAA rated Bank in Europe.Presently, we focus on BG/SBLC for Lease and Sale transactions, However, our Lease BG/SBLC/MTN is 3+1% and Sale at 30%+1%.

am graduating soon and currently interviewing for a fund of hedge fund in sg. how much shld i expect for salary? I have some prior relevant internships in big name MA firms

Total comp of 450K for associate level in IBD is too high, that sounds more like a senior associate or junior VP. 300-350K is more realistic for an associate IMO.

Appreciate if you could give more details on the 235-295k and 50-80% (incl 13th month, guaranteed bonus?)

Associate here in Markets sales. As of last year, base was 255k and bonus 120%. Our division had an exceptional year though so this might be skewed up a bit. Typically for BB associate, the base progression is in line with what is being discussed here. Bonus vary from 25-100% depending on performance.

Are you a junior or senior associate? If you don’t mind sharing, would also like to find out your avg hours worked per week
