I highly doubt so given that the pay is usually half of BB IB pay while work hours are only marginally shorter. If you can just go BB or at least foreign bank to do IB.

Does anyone know the annual increment of salary for BB's BO for a local uni undergrad? Also, is there any bonus for BO people? Any inputs are appreciated!!

0-6%. Depending on whether u take up projects outside of your daily work. Bonus max 2 months.

Which BB is this? I think it really depends. From what I have heard, bonuses range from 1.5-4months, increment range from 3%-10%

I am a undergraduate student with internship experience in project finance and structured finance with smaller international banks.

Does anyone know if the project finance/structure finance is under IB or corporate banking in BB? cos I saw in some banks it is under IB while others is under corporate banking.

I do not want to go IB, greatly appreciated if anyone could point out some of my potential career paths!
