2022 market is really bad - heard IB is cutting and froze hirings.
2021 was indeed a hot market for IB. But even so, big 4 audit... you're the last they look at. no relevant experience. They won't even take you if you agree to start over from year 1, bulge bracket banks rather take interns who studied at LSE, Ivy league, etc

IB. But they also work about 20 hours more weekly.
Nowadays, on base level IB and S&T makes around the same but IB bonus can go up to 12 months while S&T is at most 6-7 months.
