Non-strategy consulting big 4 usually between 3k to 4k. I.e. this excludes Strategy&, Monitor Deloitte, EY-Parthenon. Btw KPMG strategy is pretty much non existent.

You say fairly close to MBB like MBB is so high like that. So-called prestige but they dont put their money where their mouth is paying peanuts.

Not worth working in consulting these days.
