Recently accepted an offer letter via email by Deloitte for entry level. commencement is around Aug, and they mentioned that for the contract and BGV will be arrange when the date gets closer. So does this means confirmed?

Yes, take it as confirmed. Which position? If audit then you should have known how the work hours are like before applying.
