Fresh grad diploma holder salary?
I ORDed last year and am taking a part time degree.
First job - 1800 (Contract) > 2100 (Permanent) > 2250 (Annual increment)
I want to change jobs now but most are only offering me 1.8k-2k for the role I am interested in because my experience is not relevant enough. Is it worth dropping my salary for these roles? I don't want to get lowballed if my subsequent job is based on my last drawn again.
At the same time, I am intending to quit my job because the amount of OT is not sustainable for me to study part time.

Hi, fresh grad from NP.
Working in IT related field. 2.4k before cpf. I guess that's the standard market rate?
