Really hate it when outsiders say cs slack or do minimal work. Come and try it then say it again. Often working till 11pm and on weekends. Tell me it's slack. For $4-5k.

Exactly! people dont realise the amount of work done and the effort needed. Sometimes its crazy and you start wondering if it's all worth it. Sigh.

Now u are saying that it may happen in August or beyond, instead of July. It is so obvious you are trying to dampen CS people's morale.

Pls..i am working in a min and is so stressed (often OT-ing / worrying abt work after work hours) that I had to see professional mental support. Pls do not discredit the work that people in CS do, and give future candidates a wrong picture of CS.

Jun is announcement for bonus, why become pay cut? Paycut should be announce in Sep for FY closing.
