How to know which division we belonged to?

Just read the circulars.
The pay will come om 10 dec.
But bonus and additional payment only on 17 dec. Think they miss the payroll. Fk

division 1 = MX13 and smaller numbers = degree holders

div 2 = MX14 and larger numbers = diploma holders

div 3/4 = ITE and O-level holders and lower education

LTC and above, Me6-3 and above, DX15 and above --- $400
OCT to LTC, Mwo and above, Me 4T to ME6-2, DX9 to DX 15T --- 0.1 + $200
Ssg to 1wo, me2 to me3, DX 6 to DX8 --- 0.1 + %600
Rec to 1sg, rec to Me1, Dx 1 to 5 --- 0.1 + $1400

Those pay day on 12 any one affected? I didn’t receive any circular on this so far

to the hard working Civil servants, my condolences for the lowered bonus. I hope your efforts get recognized next year with a higher performance bonus

to the jiak liao bee/farmer type civil servants, i hope this motivates you to quit the civil service and stop wasting our tax money
