In 2009, when the GDP growth was -0.6%, we received 0 month in July and 13th month + 0.25 in December. This year the GDP growth is expected to be around 1%. We received 0.45 + $300 in July. The year end AVC should be around 0.3 to 0.6.

Even if u are a C performer in CS u are already getting 3 months of bonus in a year for FY 2018/2019. This is already more than most Private Sector which is all Performance Based and for C grader in PS, u may get only 1.5.

Kanina since last week so many give different teories like maciam win toto..worst still “annouce today at 5pm”...just wait for the news la,dun have den lan lan lorr..
