It's December already. Those who said there is bonus this year prepare to chop.

Just a poll, will the lack of year end AVC cause you to "vote wisely"?

My theory is that punishing CS to impress the oppo supporters wont work. Oppies simply wouldn't care and find other faults with govt to justify voting oppo. However, punishing CS will cause many of them to vote oppo out of anger.

Lets give 15% chance to see if they would announce it between mon -wed which I belive they will announce it with or without bonus.

Gut feel: announce on Monday a good avc, together with pay revision. It’s about time.

I suppose there will still be 13 mth right? Cos it’s in our employment contract? If not then at least they will announce (internally at least), if there’s a revision. No?

The Govt pays you for 28 days every month. The extra days cumulates to one extra month. 13th month is your PAY, not bonus. British system. If AVC is 0, then you have no year-end bonus.
