This year growth forcast is 0.5% to 1%. So 0.1 month is unlikely as some people mentioned!!
Looking forward, growth for 2020 is expected between 0.5% and 2.5%.
Based on past data.
1.1% growth - 0.5 month
1.9% growth - 0.65 month
So estimate shd be 0.35 month.

Already mentioned that it’s not a blanket rate. 0.1% plus quantum according to pay scale. Not blanket 0.1%.

You don't take all those figures for serious right. You think those who already know, will put it here? Don't forget, many are watching this thread. For this year, think we can only know when we got our pay advice.

Lol. For the past few years. There has been hints and correct prediction of the bonus (mid year/year end) amt. Else why this thread even exist in the first place?

I feel that this year is different from past year. Just wait for another week when someone got their pay advice then we will know.
