It is a fixed quantum for all grades. In the past years, those in the lower Divisions, are either given the fixed quantum or a certain amount, whichever is higher.

Nope...this year different quantum. Higher payscale lesser

Maybe some may not know, the release of the amount is from pm office, pm was away and the last day of the acting pm was on Wednesday, could be the reason of the delay, anyway just wait for it, life have to go on. Wait for the news. hope my tiagong is true.
