Till now, you will be surprised that there are ppl who thinks that CS should be poorly paid or just paid enough, and no bonus. They think that we are serving the nation and hence should sacrifice.

Apparently those on higher pay scale will get higher cash quantum. What logic is this? Cos they spend more?
